Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are built in. The screen is larger than anything the aftermarket plug-and-play options offer for the 2018–2023 platform.

As of this writing, there is no confirmed Jeep JL Uconnect 5 aftermarket plug-and-play replacement designed for the 12.3” format. The Stinger HEIGH10 Jeep JL kit and HEIGH10+ both list 2018–2023 as their fitment range. The Alpine i509-WRA-JL lists 2018-Up, but the 2024+ dash architecture and Uconnect 5 platform make a plug-and-play swap a different engineering problem from the 2018–2023 installation.

For 2024+ Jeep JL owners, the most practical and cost-effective upgrade path is speakers and amplification, leaving the capable factory head unit intact.
